Under the ISSR, only the published inspection report — and, for boarding schools, the boarding-welfare report — is an unconditional website requirement.
Almost everything else may lawfully be given to parents off-website — in the prospectus, or on request. So where an item is missing from your site, we flag it for review, not mark the school as failing.

A point of precision
The FOI check that binds state schools is switched off — the FOI Act applies to public authorities, and independent schools are not among them. So you're never chased for a duty you don't carry.
